Personal Assistant to our Tax Team
We have an opening for a hardworking, honest individual, with a minimum of 1 year work experience (full time). Position involves assisting our Customer Service Agents and getting to know the industry inside out while assisting in servicing individual tax clients under the guidance of a fully qualified and experienced tax practitioner. No previous experience in the finance or tax industry necessary but you must be studying in a field that shows that you want to make tax your career!
Minimum Requirements
• At least one year work experience (Financial or Tax sector unnecessary)
• Be studying in the field of finance, accounting or tax
• Residing on the West Rand
• Bilingual
• Minimum matric
• Willing to work in a smoke free environment
• Work hours: 8am to 5pm / Location: Office only, no remote working
• Be able to analyze data and transform it into a spreadsheet
• While you won't be required to phone clients, you will need to communicate with third parties to gather necessary information.
• Computer literate in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Able to type accurately and fast
• Have a strong attention to detail
• A fast learner and willing to take on new challenges
• The ability to work under pressure
• Deadline orientated
• Willing to go the extra mile
