On 17 March 2026, I had the honour of participating in the Final Conference of the Employability for Youth and Women in South Africa (EYWA) Programme as a proud beneficiary.
This moment was more than just an event—it was a reflection of growth, opportunity, and the power of being in rooms that challenge and shape your thinking.
The EYWA Programme, delivered through the Consortium led by CAMARA (Spain), in partnership with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South Africa, the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (), YES South Africa, Lulalab (), and with the support of the European Union (), has played a significant role in empowering over 400 young people across Gauteng.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the partners, stakeholders, and sponsors who continue to invest in youth and women empowerment. Your commitment to creating access, opportunity, and sustainable impact does not go unnoticed.
A special and heartfelt thank you to Mr Elwyn Pitt and Global Maritime Learning Solutions (GMLS)() for the continued guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support. Your belief in growth and excellence has been instrumental in shaping not only my journey, but also the direction and confidence behind the work I am building.
Through this journey, I continue to grow both personally and professionally, and this experience has directly influenced the work we do at Madiba Kgomo Global (MKG).
At MKG, we serve as a trusted financial hub for entrepreneurs and small businesses, providing smart bookkeeping, strategic financial management, and holistic business support—enabling them to build financial clarity, stability, and grow with confidence.
Grateful for the journey. Grateful for the growth. And even more grateful for what lies ahead.
