"Dilution" is often viewed as a negative, but in the right context, it is a sophisticated growth strategy. 📈
Whether you are looking to raise capital, bring in a strategic partner, or restructure your ownership model, issuing new shares is a powerful lever. However, it requires a clear understanding of the trade-offs: voting power, dividend entitlements, and ownership percentages.
