What an incredible two days at Xerocon Denver 2026!
I am extremely thankful to Xero for the opportunity to attend and to be part of such an insightful and inspiring experience.
From hearing about Xero’s exciting developments planned for the future, celebrating past victories, being inspired by people like Andre Agassi, building custom Xero AI apps, attending super interactive workshops and gaining valuable advice through real, on the floor, conversations about the practical challenges we face every day — there was so much to take away.
A few messages will stay with me.
Be where your feet are… be there 100%.
Automation is the way forward — but done wrong, it creates more problems. Human judgement applied to automation is priceless. AI is here to amplify you.
What is extraordinary…it is ordinary with a little bit of extra.
We must be willing to determine the should in a world of coulds for every client.
It was good to be reminded that we as Xero partners have Xero’s commitment to support us and listen to us — as we endeavour to be accountable for helping make our clients' businesses more accurate, efficient and successful.
Thank you, Xero, for an unforgettable Xerocon. The energy, the people, the insights and the inspiration, not to even mention the fun activities and fantastic food, have given me plenty to take home and put into action.
I am returning fully committed to consistently showing up, keeping momentum, being accountable, embracing technology, and perhaps most importantly REMEMBERING WHY I STARTED. 🚀
