🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tax Reference Numbers Now Required 🗳️
SARS now requires tax reference numbers for both sellers and purchasers when submitting Transfer Duty Declarations on eFiling (for individuals, this applies to transactions above R2 million rand). Estate agents are encouraged to ensure tax numbers are obtained when taking mandates. Should either party not be registered for tax, please contact our office for assistance.
