Load shedding: Good day all, as Eskom has implemented stage 4 load shedding, my 8 hour day has been reduced to 4. I can only try and get to all queries as best as I can, but please expect delays. Please be aware of a scam that is going on: Many a e-filing profile has been shared, on this shared access the perpetrator has access to everything including being able to change banking details. I for security purposes once I see a shared access request, will immediately, delete that client from my profile. I cannot risk this, the client if they wish to move thier profile from mine, please advise and I shall gladly attend to your request. I am sorry, if your profile has been scammed, but you should contact SARS immediately on any suspicious activity. This is serious people, do not ignore. It could put a lot of tax practitoners in a precarious prediciment. Please contact me for more information, or contact SARS on 0800 00 7277 and they can advise you if your tax return has already been filed.

Please be advised that SARS is experiencing huge volumes of e-filers which is causing e-filing to be very slow. Its taking about 10-15 minutes for the IT12 form to open. Rather annoying.
