Portfolio Administrative Assistant The White House | Financial Planning Start Date: 1st June 2026 or to be negotiated.
We’re looking for a compliance savvy, detail driven admin professional to join our Financial Planning team. If you know your way around financial services administration, we want to hear from you!
YOU’LL NEED:
- 2+ years admin experience — ESSENTIAL RE 5 — ESSENTIAL | RE 1 beneficial, with room to study further and grow within the role.
- Basic knowledge of FAIS, F**A & POPIA Experience within the insurance related industry.
- Client Relations Management systems & financial planning software skills.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
- A professional, client-centric attitude Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle — ESSENTIAL.

Client admin & onboarding Financial planning support Claims handling Compliance & regulatory admin Service provider liaison Reporting & documentation Commission & fee tracking
