The doctor's note that reached Prudential didn't match my client's actual medical history. So I pulled the full email chain, found the mismatch, escalated with my BDM, and got the records corrected and resubmitted.

📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE: Singapore's Retirement Age Increases from 1 July 2026

As Singapore adapts to an ageing population and supports a more inclusive workforce, the statutory retirement and re-employment ages will be revised:

✅ Retirement Age: 63 → 64
✅ Re-employment Age: 68 → 69

💡Who is affected?
The new retirement age of 64 applies to employees born on or after 1 July 1963.

💡 Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS)
If you make your first SRS contribution on or after 1 July 2026, your penalty-free withdrawal age will be 64.

🎯 By 2030:
• Retirement Age: 65
• Re-employment Age: 70

📌 CPF payout eligibility age remains unchanged at 65.
