Sometimes we really do need more income.

But sometimes?

Baby…we need to stop spending money we already assigned to something else. 😩😂

You know that $200 sitting in your account that’s supposed to pay the light bill?

THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE MONEY. 😂

Your bank balance tells you what’s sitting there.

Your budget tells you what actually belongs to you to spend.

Big difference. 💯

Anybody ever looked at their account, thought they had money…and then remembered three bills hadn’t cleared yet? 🤦🏾‍♀️😂

At it AGAIN with this schoolwork. 😩📚

Tired is an understatement and at this point, I’m pretty sure my brain has officially clocked out. 😂🤦🏾‍♀️

But guess what? The assignment still has a deadline.

And no matter how tired I am, how much I don’t feel like doing it, or how badly I want to close this laptop…I still have to put in the work and hit SUBMIT.

Because sometimes reaching the goal isn’t about being motivated.

Sometimes it’s simply about being disciplined enough to keep going when you’re TIRED. 💯

And whew…to think I’m actually here.

🎓 LAST semester.
📚 LAST two classes.
🎓 Master’s in Accounting LOADING…

Who would’ve thought?! 🥹🙌🏾

Business owners…September is basically HERE. 👀📚

And I need you to answer one question:

Are your books caught up? 🧐

Not “I have all my bank statements.”

Not “I think I have most of my receipts somewhere.” 😂

I mean…do you actually know:

💰 How much your business has made this year?

💳 How much you’ve spent?

🧾 What your business expenses are?

🚗 Whether you’ve been tracking your business mileage?

📊 What your actual PROFIT is?

Because we’re getting ready to enter the final stretch of the year, and January is NOT the time to start figuring out what happened in your business back in February. 😩

If you’re behind, don’t panic.

Start with ONE month. Get it organized. Then move to the next.

Over the next few months, I’m going to be helping business owners get their records together BEFORE tax season gets here.

Because your tax preparer can do a whole lot more with good records than we can with “Girl…I think I spent about…” 😂🤦🏾‍♀️

And while everybody is closing out the month…

A lot of people are still:
✔ Not filed
✔ Sitting on extensions
✔ Or unsure if their return was even done right

Let me be real with you…

Just because the deadline passed doesn’t mean it’s over.

Right now is when:
👉 Late filers are getting handled
👉 Extensions are being completed
👉 Mistakes are being fixed

And the longer you wait…

The more stressful it becomes.

Don’t carry tax problems into May.

If you still need to file, amend, or get your situation reviewed…
