When I look back on my entrepreneurial journey, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for how faithful God has been every step of the way.

Building a business has brought incredible victories, difficult lessons, and countless opportunities to grow. I certainly don't have all the answers, but I'm thankful for my mentor, the experiences, and challenges that have shaped me into the leader I am today.

That's why I'm so honored to serve as the first advisor for Founders Forge. I believe there's something powerful about bringing ambitious entrepreneurs together, asking better questions, sharing real experiences, and helping each other navigate the next stage of growth.

My hope is that I can pour into other founders, share the insights I've gained along the way, and help them avoid some of the mistakes while embracing the opportunities ahead. There's enough success to go around, and I truly believe we all rise by investing in one another.

Every year our Rose District office sponsors the Keep Broken Arrow Beautiful initiative as the local. shines community comes together to support the beautification, cleanliness, and recycling efforts in addition to supporting historical significance of the beautiful “Rose” District. 🌹

Our beautiful Kathryn Dittmer who has her bachelors in Finance, and PHD in absolute sweetness, is being promoted to our project management team. We're looking for an organized, personable front desk professional to join our accounting and tax office. You'll be the first point of contact for clients while also supporting our tax preparation workflow — a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, multitasking, and building lasting client relationships. This role requires someone who is highly organized and great on the phones, as our front office is fast-paced and client volume is high, and service must be exceptional. We want people to feel welcomed from the moment they walk in 🥰
