This week, we celebrate Connie Ashley's 20 years at Krause! 🥂 She began as Dale’s legal assistant, then became a Benefits Planner, and now serves as the Director of Agent Relations.

Many of Connie’s day-to-day tasks include providing quotes and plans to agents and attorneys, resolving complex case issues, assisting with death claims, and serving as a liaison between our office and our insurance carriers. She also onboards, educates, and advises our agents. 👩‍💻

She's empathetic, passionate, and always leading with integrity. Please join us in celebrating her incredible milestone! 🎉
