On Friday, Team CBK was proud to be part of something bigger — thank you, United Way, for having us!

We spent the morning packing, organizing, and working alongside incredible people, all in support of the food distribution effort. From sorting boxes to loading them up for families in need, every task reminded us why community work matters so much.

There's something truly special about rolling up your sleeves alongside people who care as much as you do. The energy, the teamwork, the shared purpose — it was a morning we won't forget.

A canceled contract, a slow payment, a client who moves on. It can happen fast, and it can hit hard.

A few questions worth sitting with: What percent of your revenue comes from your top client? Could you cover payroll and expenses without them for a few months? What's your plan for finding your next big client, before you need one?

A good rule of thumb: if any single client is more than 20-25% of your revenue, it's time to start diversifying who you rely on.

Loyal clients are great. Depending on them for survival isn't.
