ICYMI: Craig is back with a new Eurolink vlog update, and things have been moving fast. 🏎️

From bringing the Eurolink NASCAR simulator back to Charlotte (and getting challenged on lap times), to taking home a “Best Booth” award at a recent show, it’s been a busy stretch across the board. 🏁

And just when things couldn’t get more eventful… Craig's also headed from fasteners to Vacation Bible School, teaching 3rd and 4th graders. 📚☀️

Summer heat, supply chain pressure, and tight timelines, some things never change. 🥵

From our vault: Craig’s take on what it feels like when inventory shortages, production delays, and shipping disruptions all heat up at once. 🌡️

When you’re sourcing hard-to-find or high-quality metric fasteners, waiting isn’t an option. Whether it’s large-scale manufacturing or time-sensitive builds, keeping parts moving is what keeps everything else moving. ⚙️

That’s why Eurolink continues to support customers with flexible global shipping options, from monthly sea freight to weekly air freight and expedited European shipments when speed matters most

Some challenges may be timeless, but so are solutions that keep supply chains running. 💪

Running a business means there’s always something trying to grab your attention. A problem to solve, a fire to put out, or occasionally something that probably wasn’t worth worrying about in the first place. 🔥

When my buddy Patrick Thean of Rhythm Systems asked me how I keep perspective when things get chaotic, my answer came back to something I’ve learned over the years:

Not every problem deserves the same amount of your peace. ☮️

There will always be challenges. That’s part of leadership. But my faith has helped me separate the things I can control from the things I need to trust God with.

The more you’ve seen Him work, the easier it becomes to stop letting every bump in the road shake you.

I share more about leadership, resilience, and what keeps me grounded in the full episode of The Journey To CEO Success.

What exactly makes a bolt a bolt? 🤔

Bolts have a head and a shank, and can be fully or partially threaded. They’re designed to work with a nut and washer to clamp components together. ⚙️

While DIN and ISO bolts are often interchangeable, not all are: fl**ge bolts, for example, can vary in head dimensions across standards, which affects compatibility. 📏

Knowing the differences helps ensure the right fit for the application.

When Patrick Thean of Rhythm Systems asked me how I stay resilient through the ups and downs of running a business, my answer was pretty simple:

I don't sweat the small stuff. 😅

Now, that doesn’t mean I don’t occasionally overthink something that probably didn’t deserve a second thought… I’m still human. 😂

But at the end of the day, it all comes back to my relationship with God. Once you’ve seen Him work in your life, the little things just don’t hold the same weight.

I know who I am, and more importantly, I know whose I am. 🙏

I share more about what that looks like in the everyday challenges of leadership in the full episode:

Do you know the different types of metric threads? 💭

Thread type affects strength, torque, and performance in real-world applications.

Common thread types include:

🔧 UNC (Unified Coarse): Strong, widely used, and easy to assemble
🛠️ UNF (Unified Fine): Better torque control and resistance to loosening
⚡ BA (British Association): Older British standard, mostly used in electrical applications
🏎️ BSF (British Standard Fine): Found in vintage equipment and older machinery

Legacy styles like BA and BSF are less common today as modern standards take over.

Choosing the right thread is just as important as choosing the right size. Learn more about the different metric fastener thread types: https://hubs.la/Q04nC5xy0
