Please help us welcome Nick Hoffman, Associate Investment Analyst Apprentice to NorthStar Wealth Navigation. Nick has a degree in Finance and Business Analytics in addition to his Masters in Finance from Indiana University.

Nick is most excited about the opportunity to learn and grow in the financial services industry and helping others. He most recently passed both his Life, Accident & Health in addition to his SIE exam, congrats!

Outside of work, he loves to play golf, pickleball, and travel.

🌟 Team Growth, Giving Back & Summer Fun! 🌟

Our team recently enjoyed a full day of events that brought learning, purpose, and connection together.

We kicked things off with a Working Genius session, gaining valuable insights into productivity and work preferences, reflecting on what energizes us and discovering new ways to collaborate more effectively as a team. 💡

We also had the opportunity to support our Philanthropy Partner, Operation Homefront by coming together for our annual backpack event that allows us to provide food and backpacks to military families and make a meaningful impact in our community. ❤️

And, of course, we wrapped it all up with a team fun day at the pool—a perfect chance to relax, build relationships, and celebrate the great people who make our team so special. ☀️🏊‍♀️

Investing in our growth, serving others, and having fun along the way are all part of what makes our team culture so rewarding.
