Pearson Construction has sent us the following information for homeowners along Independence from 61st Street to Hartford:

Pearson Construction will be working in front of your property from July 6th to august 7th, during the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, which may fluctuate during work progression. during this time, you will have limited access to your property via the street in front of the property. You will not have access to your direct drive/property during the full depth reclamation, stabilization, and asphalt paving operations. We request that all vehicles, motorcycles, and personal property that is within the street right of way be removed during the dates above. Access to your property will be restored upon completion of the new pavement. If you need any special accommodation, please speak with our on-site superintendent; he can be reached by the number below.

As work continues on the stormwater drainage improvements, the contractor for the channel project has closed Randall Street between Denver/Millsboro and Charleston/Longmont.

These improvements are anticipated to take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Alternate routes are available so minimal impact is anticipated. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve Park City's stormwater drainage network.

There will be a temporary water shut off today, Tuesday, July 7, 2026, due to an unexpected fire hydrant repair. This will affect approximately 20 residences located on Cloverdale between Forestor and Hartford. We anticipate the repairs will take 6 to 8 hours to complete.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to restore water service as quickly as possible.
