A behind-the-scenes moment 🎥

Recently, Matt MacLean (Private Wealth Advisor & CEO), sat down with CCV for an interview filmed right here in our Peoria office. What came out of that conversation goes far beyond business. It’s a look into the heart behind his work.

Last Friday, we attended another successful Staff Development Day! 🌟 Our team had an inspiring day of growth and learning with guest speaker, Emily Stephans. Emily is a director of AWM Learning & Development at Ameriprise Financial, bringing 23 years of financial services experience, including 15 years with Ameriprise. She specializes in leadership skill development, performance consulting, coaching, and instructional design, and is known for delivering practical, high-impact learning solutions.

During her session on Building Collaborative Relationships, our team explored how strong communication and trust create the foundation for a thriving workplace. Through interactive activities and real-world examples, we gained valuable tools to strengthen teamwork, navigate challenges, and foster a more positive and productive environment.

Afterwards, our team had a blast playing trivia at Bottle and Bean. Congratulations to the winning team: Christie Marquez, Nicole Di Modica, Kate Madison, Jake Meyer, and Mark Champion!
