Based in our Pittsburgh office, Julie Ann lives in the South Hills with her husband, two children, and three cats. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her enjoying theatre, volunteering at her children’s schools and activities, or walking the beautiful trails near her home.

We’re pleased to introduce Victor Nichols as the newest member of the Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors team!

Victor has been working in finance since 2015, building deep experience across alternative assets and private investments. He originally joined Schneider Downs in 2023, contributing to the firm’s M&A investment banking practice while also supporting the real estate investment group. In 2024, he transitioned full‑time into the real estate investment practice, stepping into a critical role focused on investment selection, due diligence, transaction ex*****on, and asset management.

Before joining Schneider Downs, Victor worked with a Pittsburgh‑based middle‑market real estate fund and developer, where he was involved in every stage of the investment lifecycle. He also brings experience in corporate development and finance within the construction industry. Across these roles, Victor has developed a strong analytical foundation and a keen eye for evaluating opportunities.

In his new role with SDWMA, Victor leverages his extensive due diligence and investment selection background to bring fresh ideas and alternative asset strategies to our investors through our private investment platform.
