I've been with My HR Pros for just over a year and a half, and it's been an incredible journey. Every day brings new opportunities to help businesses grow, build meaningful relationships, and work alongside an amazing team that's passionate about helping our clients succeed.

I'm the Director of Sales & Marketing. My role is all about connecting businesses with the right HR expertise while leading our sales and marketing teams. Whether I'm developing growth strategies, improving processes, building partnerships, or helping solve a client's biggest challenge, my goal is always the same: create value, earn trust, and make a positive impact.

There are a lot of reasons I love what I do, but it really comes down to people. I enjoy solving problems, improving processes, seeing our clients succeed, and helping every member of our sales, marketing, and administrative teams grow and win.

Just as important, My HR Pros has given me something that's hard to put a price on—the opportunity to build a career while still being present for my family. After years in roles that required frequent travel, being home with my wife and our sons is something I'm incredibly grateful for. With another baby boy arriving this August, that time together means even more. They're my biggest motivation every single day.

Rapid Fire:
Morning person or night owl?
Both! I'm a morning person when it comes to business, but definitely a night owl when it's time for hobbies.
Sweet or salty?
Salty—every time.
Beach or mountains?
Beach in the winter. Mountains in the summer. Best of both worlds!
Plan it out or wing it?
I like to plan the destination... but I'm perfectly happy winging it once I get there.
Music while working or silence?
Music. There's almost always something playing while I work.
Cats or dogs?
Foxes. I know that's not one of the choices, but they're my favorite!

One fun fact about me:

I'm naturally wired to solve puzzles. Whether it's helping a client overcome a business challenge, finding a better process, or figuring out how to help our team succeed, I genuinely enjoy making things work better than they did yesterday.

That quote has shaped how I approach both work and life. Great results don't happen by accident—they come from building the right habits, processes, and people around you. Whether I'm helping a client solve a challenge, supporting our team, or trying to be the best husband and dad I can be, strong systems create lasting success.
