PIM Tax Services is hiring! Paul D. Allen, IACCP®, CFP®, MQFP® needs an Executive Assistant at PIM Tax Services to help bring order and structure to that mission alongside our amazing team with superstars like Maria Luz Godlove and others!

This person will support Paul across his responsibilities within the tax firm and the Military Qualified Financial Planner (MQFP®) Certification Program. If you are connected to the military spouse or veteran community in the Virginia Beach area, please share this widely and broadly.

Here are the specific details of the role:
🖥️ The position is primarily based in our Virginia Beach office, with occasional remote flexibility.
⏳ It begins as a part-time role (around 20 hours a week), with a designated path toward full-time in around a year.
💰 Compensation is W-2 at $22 to $24 an hour (based on experience), alongside potential bonuses.
📅 Daily tasks touch everything from calendar management and inbox triage to organizing travel and handling confidential client documents.

Who thrives in this environment:
🫡 You already understand military life and acronyms like PCS, TDY, and DFAS.
😎 You prefer direct communication and handle feedback constructively.
🦉 You anticipate what someone actually needs, rather than just delivering exactly what they asked for.
❓ You treat every request as an open loop until it is permanently closed.

This position goes far beyond managing a schedule. It is about actively partnering with our firm so our clients always receive the attention they deserve. A background in customer service or operations is helpful, but a genuine drive to serve the military community is essential.

Daniel has been a trusted colleague and friend of our team for many years. We've worked together on client cases, shared ideas, and had countless conversations about how to better serve military families. It didn't take long to realize we share the same philosophy: take great care of people, do the right thing, and never stop learning.

Bringing Daniel on as a partner is an exciting step in the continued growth of PIM Tax Services. His experience in financial planning, his passion for serving the military community, and his leadership make him a perfect fit for our team.
