Meet Lauren!
Lauren joined the Harvest Point® team in June of 2024 after graduating from the University of Iowa. In her role, she oversees our marketing strategy, creates engaging content, plans meaningful events, and keeps us on our toes with her creativity and fresh ideas.
A bit about Lauren:
"I grew up in Grundy Center, Iowa, and attended the University of Iowa, where I earned my degree in Marketing, Nonprofit Leadership, and Event Management. I’m engaged to my college sweetheart, Izaak, and we’re getting married this August on my parents’ wedding anniversary! I’ll also be celebrating two years with Harvest Point® this June."
What she enjoys most in her role at Harvest Point®:
"I love being able to bring creativity into our marketing strategy at Harvest Point®. Whether it’s developing new content, creating fun swag, putting together monthly newsletters, or helping plan client events, it’s a true joy to serve our clients in meaningful ways."
Outside the office:
"If I’m not at work, you can likely find me wedding planning! I’ve made many trips to Hobby Lobby and spent a lot of evenings crafting with my grandma or calling my mom with new ideas. It’s such an exciting season of life—but also incredibly busy!"
Something people might not know:
"I’ve been a Love One ambassador for the past five years, raising over $9,000 to help provide medical, nutritional, rehabilitative, and spiritual support to babies and their families in rural Uganda through Love One International. This October, I’ll be traveling to Gulu, Uganda, where I’ll get to serve and see the mission of Love One in person. I would truly appreciate your prayers!"
Currently enjoying:
"Long walks! After being cooped up for a few months, nothing feels better than fresh air and a good walking trail."
