Matt brings more than a decade of experience in accounting, assurance and financial reporting. Prior to joining HHM, Matt has nearly 10 years of experience with Big 4 accounting firms, where he most recently served as a Senior Manager and was responsible for leading audit engagements of large multinational public companies as well as privately held companies, specifically private equity-backed organizations within the retail, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate industries. He has advised clients on complex accounting, financial reporting, and transaction-related matters, including business combinations, revenue recognition, and lease accounting.

Last night, Cindy MacAulay, CPA/CFF, CVA, MAFF was honored as one of Memphis Business Journal’s 2026 Super Women in Business at the Memphis Botanic Garden.

Cindy is a partner in our Memphis office and helps lead the firm’s litigation support and valuation services practice.

The program celebrated some of the region’s most accomplished female leaders, recognizing qualities such as intellect, vision, resolve, creativity, empathy, passion, energy and persistence.

Some members of our team had the chance to attend the annual TN Independent Auto Dealers Assoc. conference in Franklin, TN. Senior manager Lindsey Bouldin presented a session at the conference on tax updates, top tax issues in dealerships, and gave a 2027 economic outlook for BHPH dealers. Thank you to the dealers and friends who stopped by! Looking forward to next year.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our second annual Pensacola Dine & Dash! We loved spending the evening with our referral partners, friends of the firm, and members of the Pensacola community.

We especially enjoyed giving guests a sneak peek at our new building on Garden Street and sharing a glimpse of what’s ahead for HHM in Pensacola!
