Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions regarding billing and services
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
Post incoming payments, including checks and wire transfers
Process cash payments and provide accurate change and receipts
Enter new customer information and service starts into our system
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date account records
Assist with preparing and reviewing daily reports
Support other administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry
Comfortable handling cash and performing basic math
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in customer service or office setting
Familiarity with billing or utility services (a plus, but not required)

Our office will close at noon today in observance of Good Friday. Trash pick up will not be effected today. We will reopen on our regular schedule Monday. We hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend.

Important update:

Trash collection is running daily and UDP (formerly Platform Waste) is attempting to service every possible stop. When there is a road that is unsafe to put those large trucks on we must pass it by.

For some it has been 2 weeks without garbage pickup. This is also frustrating. Please know when we do not service a road, it is due to the sincere effort to keep residents, crews, and the equipment safe.

Our lobby is closed due to the sidewalk conditions and safety for our customers. Please put any payments in the drop box located in the parking lot next to the stairs. We hope everyone is staying safe and warm in this weather!
